Jason Nickola is a Senior Security Consultant for Pulsar Security. He manages the enterprise software and security services teams. Jason is a lifelong learner and accomplished instructor and presenter who is a SANS instructor and has presented at events such as DEFCON and SANS among others. He is the founder & executive director of TechRamp, a nonprofit which aids in the transition to technical careers, and an organizer of the security conference BSides NH. Jason has a number of credentials including expert-level certification as a GIAC Security Expert (GSE) and Offensive Security Certified Expert (OSCE), GIAC Exploit Researcher & Advanced Penetration Tester (GXPN), GIAC Reverse Engineering Malware (GREM), and Offensive Security Certified Professional (OSCP) among others. He is also a 3-time Core Netwars Tournament Champion and one of just 23 people worldwide to be named both a Red Team and Blue Team Cyber Guardian.
Fun Fact: Jason played college football as a linebacker.
